Join Chef Sebastien Canonne MOF, co-owner/founder and pastry instructor from The French Pastry School as he shares with you his expertise in Plated Desserts with his French Riviera Fruit Gazpacho (see below). Chef Canonne will begin with the basics for conceiving plated desserts including sight, smell, touch/tempture/texture, sound, and lastly taste. The demonstration will be held at Robert Morris College.
